September

Grief can look like however it needs to look like- varied, personal, similar, different- real.
Every loss needs the time and space for grief that in it’s own way reflects the pain of absence and the fondness of the memories present.
It makes me wonder, maybe it’s not about letting go or moving on, maybe it’s about wanting to feel the love just how it was, as long as possible.

P.s. “Wake me up when September ends” is about ends.
